Microsoft Demonstrates Single Game On Windows Phone 7, Windows and Xbox 360

Today in a major breakthrough, Microsoft’s Eric Rudder, while speaking at Tech-Ed Middle East, gave a fantastic demonstration of a game developed in the new Visual Studio 2010 as a singular project, that runs on multiple platforms. It can be played on Windows 7 based PC with a keyboard, on a Windows Phone 7 Series prototype device with accelerometer and touch controls, and on the Xbox 360 with gamepad. Amazing, isn’t it? One same game, running on three different screens, on three different platforms. There is also no reason why Zune wont chip-in to these sometime in near future.

Nokia N8 Review by Eldar Murtazin

Nokia was once my favourite mobile phone choice, but due to their several last high-end failures, I have now moved away from Nokia to others. Nokia N8 photos and documents have been leaked earlier, but Eldar Murtazin of Mobile-Review has got his hands on the device for review. According to the Nokia N8 review by him, it could be another disappointment for Nokia fans. It’s got  12 megapixels camera, which take great photos – a bit better than the Sony Ericsson Satio, but what’s most disappointing is the new Symbian^3 OS.

iPhone 4G/HD Dropped in a Bar

iPhone 4G/HD pictures claiming to be leaked images of the upcoming iPhone device have been popping up now and then online. But none of us is sure how authentic they are. Something interesting was found by Engadget today. A device which seems to be the iPhone 4G/HD was found in an iPhone 3G case dropped in a bar.

Microsoft Announced Kin Smartphones

In the past, Microsoft has been selling its mobile operating system software to other companies so that it can be used in mobiles. Even in the case of Microsoft’s much hyper, Windows Phone 7 which will be used by other mobile companies. But today, Microsoft finally unveiled two smartphones known as Kin One and Kin Two.

AppleInsider has collected some bits from its sources and they tell that Apple will unveil the new MacBook Pros today and they all come with new processors and a 4GB RAM minimum.

A 2-Year-Old Girl Finds iPad Extremely Easy to Use [Video]

Here is an interesting video where an adorable two-year-old girl has been shown using the newly released iPad. This proves that iPad is for all age groups, user friendly in real terms, and a pretty nice device which has been designed and meant for all family members of any age. Video after the jump.

iPhone 4.1 and iPhone 4.0.1 Found in Developer’s Analytics

iPhone 4.1 and iPhone 4.0.1 OS bits have been found in the Developer’s Analytics by PixelCUBE Studios. Just yesterday, Apple announced the preview event for the iPhone 4.0 OS for April 8th (at 10AM). PixelCUBE Studios currently holds the #1 spot on iTunes’ list of free iPhone app downloads with their free app, The Impossible Test.

The announcement was just made about the iPhone 4.0 OS “sneak peak” event where Apple will be unveiling the next OS for the iPhone.

HTC Desire Rooted on Android 2.1

Yep, you read it right. HTC Desire has been rooted with HTC Sense running on Android 2.1. Paul from Modaco forums has managed to get full root user access on the device making sure you get to play with whatever files you want in the phone. This is not first time he has rooted Android phones. Paul is widely known for his work in rooting Android devices like the HTC Hero and the Nexus One.




YouTube Launching New Design Today

If you are sick and tired of the old video interface of YouTube, than there is a good news for you all. YouTube will launch a new video page design today with many new exciting features. They claim that it’s going to be the biggest redesign in the history of their company.

The new interface features a new playlist design, AutoPlay On/Off switch that controls whether you automatically go to the next video or not. Other than that, you can add videos to queue whenever you search for any video. The old comments section has been changed and now you can add video responses as well in the comments.

It might be too early to think about Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac but BGR has posted some screenshots that shows the development of Microsoft’s upcoming project, Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac. Microsoft Office 2011 suite includes Word, Excel, Power point and Outlooks.


Fennec for Android Download Now Available

Fennec for Android is now available for download, unofficially though. Mozilla said they would be soon releasing a working, simple alpha release of Fenenc but it’s nowhere to be seen so far. A developer at Android forums managed to grab the dump from Mozilla Wiki and compile it in to an app that he tried and tested on his Motorola Droid.
